Procon Readymix is proud to have supplied over 25,000m³ of premium concrete for a landmark luxury residential development in Hampstead, delivered on behalf of C J O’Shea for Harrison Varma—one of London’s most prestigious developers.
Located on one of the capital’s most sought-after tree-lined streets, this extensive project demanded a wide range of high-performance concrete solutions. Procon began by supplying the piling contract, delivering a variety of soft and hard mixes tailored to the site’s complex ground conditions.
As the build progressed, we continued to support the main structure with a suite of specialist mixes, including:
- Watertight concrete for the expansive basement area, ensuring long-term durability and moisture resistance.
- RC32/40 for reinforced structural elements.
- C50/60 high-strength concrete for areas requiring exceptional load-bearing capacity.
